We have put together this amazing Sunday morning for you to just treat yourself. Together with Play Mijjas, we invite you to yoga and brunch with an ocean view.

This is a series of 7 Sundays culminating in a full moon special on Sunday 19th.
You can either sign up for all 7 Sundays or join us on those Sundays that suit you.

Who is this for?
Everyone who wants to move their body; yogi, yogini or this might be your first time on a yoga mat. Everyone is welcome.

What to bring?
Please arrive in comfortable clothes. It could be yoga pants or shorts or any other pants that make you move. It can be a bit chilly in the morning when we start so, please bring a sweater. Also in the last pose, savasana, a dead man’s pose where your body gets to relax and deeply it can be nice to put a swather on to improve the relaxation.

Yoga is done barefoot – hence no shoes are necessary.

Why on a Sunday?
We believe that Sunday morning is a perfect time to just take care of yourself, when the rest of the family is lazy you can sneak out and spend time with your friends or meet new friends over a brunch.

Why do Yoga?
It´s a great way to stay limber and energetic. You might also feel more focused and alert. For many people, yoga improves your everyday life.

Yoga’s gentle movements are a big reason why it’s so popular. Yoga is good for people who haven’t been active in a while. It’s good for people who have certain health conditions like arthritis or osteoporosis. You can change the exercises to fit your needs. But yoga is also great if you’re already fit and want a challenging workout. As you become more strong and flexible with yoga, it’s easier to do other kinds of exercise like dancing, walking, or swimming.



Meet Gayane, your teacher for the upcoming 7 Sundays
Gayane´s classes are usually filled with props such as belts, blocks, and bolsters for you to use in order to get into position. Her classes are very popular at the studio Ananda Laie in Fuengirola, where she holds Iyengar classes and is a co-teacher in the 200 hrs Teacher Training.

Gayane Kazaryants has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 2003 and has been teaching since 2010. She passed the “First Step” course (E. Matveeva (Federation of Yoga Practice) and graduated from the Teaching course in Federation of Practice of Yoga from the Moscow Iyengar Yoga Center, as well as a special course on therapy taught by I. Mashyanova. In 2018 she graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Oriental Methods of Rehabilitation with a degree in Therapist Yoga.
